The Team Management Profile
The Team Management Profile is a unique management and team development tool that gives you more perspectives on individual performance, high energy team-working and organisational culture. It offers personal feedback based on extensive research with and for managers into what creates personal success and high performance team-working. A rigorously validated questionnaire is analysed by special software to provide a 4,500 word customized report, available in major European languages. This helps you to achieve results for yourself and those you work with.
The Types of Work Wheel
Margerison and McCann’s research examined the nature of work carried out in teams, identifying eight core ‘work functions’ or types of work, plus one central activity that integrates the work functions. These nine key success factors form the basis of the Margerison-McCann Types of Work Wheel. The Types of Work Wheel helps us understand how key work areas fit together and the critical need for all activities to be linked together effectively. This is a universal model of effective, balanced teamwork that shows how all tasks in any work situation can be described in terms of nine key factors.
The Team Performance Profile
The Team Performance Profile provides a detailed mini-audit of how everyone thinks the team is doing in relation to a powerful, fully researched model of team effectiveness, linked to the models and concepts within the Team Management Profile. The Profile has been used successfully with team coaching, problem solving, change management and project management.Responses from multiple raters are combined into a 30-page Profile which shows the extent to which the team should and does concentrate its efforts in each area, as identified by the respondent groups.It is an ideal consultancy tool that can be used before or after individual team members receive their personal Profiles.
The Linking Skills Profile
Linking skills are a central part of the TMS approach and are essential to high performance working. They provide a unifying force that creates energy for success and are the responsibility of all team members, but most especially the leader. The Linking Skills Profile gives you powerful feedback and clearly presented data, providing a strong orientation for self-development.The Linking Skills Profile is a multi-rater instrument that clearly identifies perceived performance in fundamental people, task and leadership related skills.
